Lettings ManagerIslington & Shoreditch Office
An exciting opportunity to join a small team in a high profile office opened in 2015 on City Road, Shoreditch. We are looking for a positive individual to manage and grow our successful letting and management business in Islington and Shoreditch.
We are looking for a good communicator who is self-motivated, sales driven and can provide excellent customer service. Working in our clients best interests and building relationships with our clients is something that we value highly.
An interest in property, architecture and design will be an advantage given the quality of homes in the area.
As the City Road Residential Lettings Manager you will be an ambassador for the Company and he/she should therefore have a thorough knowledge of lettings legislation, be well presented, enthusiastic, confident, polite and possess first-class communication skills. The successful candidate should be superbly organised, efficient, demonstrate great attention to detail and show a duty of care to both our clients and potential tenants in-keeping with the standards laid down by the National Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).
