Hurford Salvi Carr are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager at our Docklands Office with at least 3 years experience in this role. ARLA/NFOPP qualified candidates preferred. This job requires the following attributes:
- Managing a portfolio of properties in Central and East London
- Offering a one point of contact to Landlords and Tenants covering all property queries
- Completing property inspections and working alongside Lettings Departments in relation to new tenancy agreements and deposit returns.
- Arranging with contractors routine and emergency maintenance
This role will suit someone who is a confident communicator, organised, customer service driven and able to work under pressure and be part of a team.

Our Sales and Letting office in Aldgate E1 are looking to employ an organised office coordinator. Previous experience of working in an Estate Agent is essential as responsibilities will include tenancy progression, lettings compliance checks, progressing sales files and general administration.

Lettings NegotiatorClerkenwell Lettings
A position is available at our Clerkenwell Lettings office for a well presented, enthusiastic and confident candidate providing excellent customer care to our clients. The successful candidate will need to have experience of the property market and be able to conduct viewings, secure lets by negotiating offers between landlords and tenants. Preferably ARLA qualified with attention to detail for tenancy administration and compliance.
