What Happens Next 

After you have booked your clean with us, your Property Manager will be in touch to confirm a time and date.

End of Tenancy Clean should be carried out after you have vacated / removed your belongings from the property.  The work will approximately take between 5-6 hours on average, depending on the size and condition of the property. 

Additional Services

Please note that the steam cleaning of carpets, mattresses, sofas, etc is not included in a standard End of Tenancy Clean. We recommend reviewing your check-in inventory report to determine whether any items require steam cleaning.
