Stephen advises developers on planning, affordable housing, block management and long-term investment potential. He is also actively involved in the presentation of London investment properties in the Asian market and is now Chairman of the property management company. Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management have formed a joint venture with Block Management Investments Ltd, a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital, a multi-billion pound company with strong links in the investment market.
