Area

Poplar has enjoyed a huge regeneration in recent years. Part of the regeneration project was Bartlett Park, which is at the end of the road. In recent years its been completely re-landscaped. With an outdoor gym, dedicated dog walking area, and inclusive play area. Along with the existing school football pitches and changing room facilities. The E5 artisan bakery/cafe has also become a hub for the local community with their specialty coffee roastery, and sought after baked goods. Chrisp Street market is also undergoing a complete re-model, which is all going to improve the area further.

Transport

The development is very well located for transport links, being accessible to Langdon Park DLR, Westferry DLR and Mile End Station. These stations give easy access into the City (Bank), Canary Wharf, Royal Greenwich, and Stratford International. There are also a multitude of bus routes within walking distance, giving further access to Shoreditch, and various other areas throughout London.
