Due for completion in November 2016, this iconic 11 storey development consists of 101 apartments (a mix of one two and three bedroom flats) arranged over a two form entry school with an early year’s nursery.


A special feature of this development are the double height play deck, multi-use games area and running track which have been built at second floor level. The landscaped garden areas at ground level have been carefully designed for use by children in their educational curriculum.

The Investment Division of Hurford Salvi Carr worked behind the scenes providing valuation advice to The London Diocesan Board for Schools, later becoming involved with the selection process and subsequent appointment of Telford Homes PLC as Joint Development Partner; also providing assistance with the preparation of the Joint Development Agreement.


New Homes were later instructed, as the sole UK selling agents, in the sale of the three bedroom/two bathroom apartments ranging in size from 980sqft to 1151sqft. All the apartments were sold off plan, without the benefit of a show apartment.
