Completed in 2007 the new development consists of student accommodation complex (168 rooms) together with a primary school and SURESTART offices.


The Investment Division of Hurford Salvi Carr played a pivotal role behind the scenes with this major mixed use school project. They introduced the concept of providing student accommodation to the scheme thereby avoiding the necessity by the owner of having to sell any of the land to fund the project and creating a mixed use investment.

The hostel accommodation has been leased to leading University accommodation providers, The Unite Group PLC , and who developed the site with the London Diocesan Board for Schools.
