Kamen House was originally completed in 2003 as an eight storey mixed use development consisting of 16 apartments ( mix of two and three bedroom units and top floor penthouse ) over ground and basement D1/ B1 Office space.


In 2003 upon completion of construction of the development ,the Investment Division of Hurford Salvi Carr acting on behalf of the developers negotiated a 10 years lease to a single corporate tenant.

In 2013 the developers again approached the Investment Division of Hurford Salvi Carr for asset management advice. As a consequence the Investment Division were responsible for the introduction of another single corporate tenant and negotiating a new lease at a significantly increased rent.
