Chamber Street was originally completed in 2007 as a mixed use development consisting of nine residential apartments arranged over second , third and fourth floors above ground and first floor offices.

The developers later succeeded in obtaining a change of Use of the Office accommodation to student accommodation and undertook the conversion.

Throughout the project Hurford Salvi Carr have provided asset management advice and have been responsible for the introduction of tenants both individually and upon a corporate package basis.
