In addition the commercial division has been involved in such diverse transactions as the letting of the new Waitrose store in central Clerkenwell, the original disposal of the Sainsbury site in Farringdon Road, the sale of a City apartment block to Galliard Homes for £26m, and the disposal of commercial development sites in North West London.
