We are looking to appoint a sales negotiator to join our independent estate agency overlooking the Limehouse Basin.

The successful candidate must be ambitious, enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite, pro-active and possess first-class communication skills. We are looking for a candidate to demonstrate that they are self-motivated, superbly organised, articulate, efficient, and show a duty of care to both our clients and potential purchasers as an ambassador for the Company.

We would be ideally looking for candidates to have Docklands and East London residential agency experience and knowledge of selling New Homes would be welcome but not essential.

A clean driving license and car is required for this position.

Experienced Lettings Negotiator required for Docklands Office

Minimum two years experience required in Lettings. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, target driven with a positive attitude. A good team player with exceptional communication and customer service skills are required.

ARLA qualified with sound knowledge of the local area preferable. Clean driving licence and car essential.

Hours – Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Fridays 9am to 6pm and Saturdays on a rota basis please send your details to:
