Lettings Negotiator

A position is available at our Clerkenwell Lettings office for a well presented, enthusiastic and confident candidate providing excellent customer care to our clients. The successful candidate will need to have experience of the property market and be able to conduct viewings, secure lets by negotiating offers between landlords and tenants. Preferably ARLA qualified with attention to detail for tenancy administration and compliance.

Office coordinator

Our busy lettings office in Limehouse E14 is looking to employ an efficient office coordinator. Previous experience in residential lettings is essential as responsibilities will include tenancy progression, lettings compliance checks, renewals and general administration.
