Hurford Salvi Carr have agreed sales on 17 apartments including 2 penthouses at a new development of luxury apartments at One Lamb Passage, Moorgate, London EC1 on behalf of Nicholas King Homes at an exhibition in Hong Kong last weekend.

One Lambs Passage is a new block of 59 apartments that completes next month. The modern apartments have contemporary kitchen and bathroom fittings. The blockhas a day porter and all the apartments have comfort cooling.

27 apartments had been pre sold in London at the end of last year with the firstpurchasers moved into the development in December 2009.

Last weekends exhibition took place at the Landmark Meridian Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong and investors were out in force with 9 of the 17 buyers exchanging contracts on in the exhibition room.
