Corporate Tenants can expect the properties to be fully furnished to a stylish standard, with all the creature comforts that one would find at home with receptions including home entertainment systems such as TV’s DVDs, and sound systems, fully equipped kitchens including microwaves, all crockery, and the bedrooms including bed linen and towels.

All utilities like heating, council tax, water rates, cable tv, broadband, electricity/gas (but excluding telephone) are included in the rent. Provision can also be made for weekly or daily cleaning service at an additional charge. Payments of short lets can be made on invoice, subject to credit checks.
