Daniel heads our investment division and is a leading multi-disciplined property agent whose areas of expertise cover the sale and acquisition of residential investment and development opportunities, Landlord and Tenant legislation (lease extensions) and the sale and acquisition of residential ground rents. Among his clients are public and private companies, banks, educational institutions and high net worth individuals.

Stephen Hurford
Director – Land and New Homes

Our new homes department advises on residential and mixed-use projects at every stage, from initial site appraisal to marketing strategies and sales programmes, both within the UK and overseas. Stephen advises developers on planning, affordable housing, block management and long term investment potential. He acts for national house builders, architects, private development companies and construction groups and is an advisor to the Welsh Development Agency.
